Privacy policy
This is a draft policy provided as a starting point. PewPrep customers should not rely on this language without legal review.
What we collect
PewPrep collects account information (name, email, congregation details) and content you create (bulletins, member records, prayer requests). We also collect aggregate usage and performance data to improve the product.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the service, generate content with AI on your behalf, send messages you author to congregants, and provide support. We do not sell your data or your congregants’ data.
AI processing
PewPrep uses Anthropic Claude to generate content. The content you provide as input is processed by Anthropic under its data-processing terms and is not used to train models on accounts using a paid plan.
Sensitive data
Counseling Prep content is encrypted at rest and visible only to the assigning pastor. PewPrep employees cannot read counseling content.
Your rights
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Contact support@pewprep.com with requests under GDPR, CCPA, or your applicable jurisdiction.
