About
Built by people who grew up in church.
PewPrep started with a specific observation: the people who keep churches running on Sunday morning — the office admin who's been there for 17 years, the volunteer who runs the Instagram account, the senior pastor who's never had a real day off — are doing communications work with tools that were designed for marketing teams at e-commerce companies.
The bulletin gets pasted into Microsoft Word. The Instagram gets posted from someone's personal phone. The weekly email goes out from Mailchimp's free plan with the "this email was sent from a free account" banner at the bottom. The visitor follow-up — when it happens — is a handwritten note three weeks late.
We built PewPrep to take that whole stack and replace it with one platform where AI does the actual writing work. The pastor talks to the system. The system produces the bulletin, the email, the social posts, the discussion guide, the devotional, the visitor welcome email. Quality high enough that it doesn't need rewriting. Tone matched specifically to your pastor's voice.
We're not trying to replace pastors. We're trying to give them their Saturdays back.
We're a small team. We answer support emails ourselves. We charge straightforward monthly pricing because we've all been the person on the church staff trying to explain a $300 invoice for software nobody understands.
If you're considering PewPrep, book a 15-minute demo and we'll walk you through it personally — no sales pitch, just a real conversation about whether this is the right fit for your church.
