From signup to first bulletin in 15 minutes.
We've worked hard to make this fast. If you get stuck on any step, email us — usually we can unblock you in a few minutes.
1. Sign up (2 minutes)
Create your account with your church name and pastor email. No credit card required — the 7-day trial of Essential starts immediately.
2. Tell us about your church (3 minutes)
Service times, denomination/tradition (this calibrates the bulletin templates), basic branding (logo + accent color), and your default email signature.
3. Calibrate the AI's voice (3 minutes)
Upload 3-5 past sermon transcripts or audio files. Voice Tone Calibration (on Plus+) reads them to learn your pastor's specific phrasing, theology, and style. Skip this on Essential — you'll edit the generic AI output directly.
4. Generate your first bulletin (2 minutes)
Enter Sunday's date, sermon title, scripture passage, and key announcements. PewPrep generates the bulletin PDF, the email newsletter, 5 social posts, the small-group discussion guide, and the mid-week devotional in about 90 seconds.
5. Review and publish (5 minutes)
Read through. Tweak anything that doesn't sound right. Click publish. The bulletin downloads as PDF, the email queues for send, social posts go to your draft folder, and the devotional schedules for Wednesday.
