Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 2026-05-31
PewPrep is built for churches and religious organizations. We want to keep the platform safe for everyone, which means a small number of clear rules about what's permitted.
Not allowed
- Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk email or SMS to anyone who has not opted in. Honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Fraud. Using PewPrep's giving features to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions, or solicit donations under false pretenses.
- Hate / harassment. Using AI-generated content to harass individuals, promote violence against any group, or generate content that violates Anthropic's acceptable use policy.
- Illegal activity. Using the platform for activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Abuse of AI. Attempting to extract Anthropic's model weights, jailbreak Claude, or use AI features for purposes substantially outside ministry communications.
- Sharing accounts. Allowing non-employees outside your church to log into your account. We have multi-user accounts for legitimate team access.
- Resale. Reselling PewPrep services without an explicit reseller agreement.
What happens if we see abuse
We investigate reports promptly. First-time issues usually get a friendly email asking for clarification or a behavior change. Egregious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. We notify the Customer in writing with reasoning and opportunity to respond except in cases of urgent safety risk.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a PewPrep customer is violating this policy, please email abuse@pewprep.com with details. We investigate every report within 48 hours.
